Officials from the Rancho Santa Margarita Landscape and Recreation Corporation gave out prizes to person who caught the biggest fish, the smallest fish, most fish and farthest cast at the event around the Rancho Santa Margarita lake. RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA – About 500 people participated in the 15th annual Fishing Derby on Saturday at the lake.
